In the last 9+ years, I’ve focused on delivering complete digital experiences by applying Design and Critical Thinking and seeking answers to questions like: How can this product be improved? How to increase customer engagement? Is it possible to simplify the experience?


Motive

I consider it imperative that the connection between end-users and the products created have to be seamless and provide an empowering experience by keeping them in control and engaged through the journey. This mindset has led me to be part of projects with a varied range of customers and together, create innovative concepts and design user-centered products.

•2022 — 2023, Co-led the team that revamped, through the application of AI and auto-predictive strategies, the omni-experience for BAI Directo, the largest Bank of Angola (B2B/B2C).

•2019 — 2022, Collaborated on the main products – Sales, Customer Retention, Billing, Customer Self-Serve – that compose CSG Portfolio (B2C/B2B).

•2014 — 2019, Collaborated in different digital products from large-scale telecommunications companies such as AT&T, Airtel B2C/B2B, and Deutsche Telekom — to smaller-scale projects in multiple fields like RUM, Safe Harbor Marinas, Govindji’s, C2 Education, among others.
